I dont’t know why, but after rebooting into the new kernel i got a lockup at

I booted into the old kernel and added these Options to /etc/conf.d/clock

rebooted into the new kernel and it worked.
i have no clue why, maybe because of some Hardware Sensor Modules i also enabled.
